Job Description
We are hiring for Risk Adjustment Medical Coder-Team Leader, Non-Voice Support in BGC, Taguig city.
This is hybrid work setup/Temporary work from home following a flexible shifting schedule if the business asks to. (weekends, night shifts & holidays).
Salary is up to 50k with package.
Requirements:
- Must have a PHRN License.
- Must have a CPC (RA Coder).
- At least 2-3 years of Risk Adjustment Coding experience, preferably with SME/people-manager experience.
- Willing to work on flexible shifting work schedule.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of medical coders in daily operations.
- Review coding quality and ensure compliance with established guidelines.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance support to team members.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet operational goals and service standards.
- Assist with process improvements and promote coding accuracy.
