Responsibilities

• Conduct coaching calls with employees to address mental health, emotional well-being, and productivity.

• Provide empathetic emotional and mental support to employees.

• Prepare detailed coaching reports after each call to document progress and key insights.

• Compile and submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing employee development, challenges, and outcomes.

• Develop individualized monthly coaching plans tailored to each employee’s needs.

• Assisting employees in setting and achieving goals.

• Conducting needs analysis for employees and developing strategies to address them.

• Coordinate with supervisors to address employee concerns and integrate management feedback into coaching strategies.

• Update and maintain coaching matrices, tools, and resources to ensure effectiveness and relevance.

• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• 2 years of experience in coaching.

• Certification in coaching (preferred).

• Deep knowledge of coaching methods and techniques.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with diverse personalities and situations.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• High level of responsibility and empathy.

• Willingness for continuous self-development and learning.
