Job Description
As a Financial Advisor with Pru Life UK, you will help individuals and families identify their financial needs and provide suitable insurance and financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and leads
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Explain policy features, coverage, and premiums in a clear and simple manner
- Process applications, handle renewals, and maintain client records
- Provide ongoing support to clients, including assistance with claims and coverage-related concerns
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and licensing requirements
- Ensure compliance with insurance laws and company policies
Qualifications
- At least College Graduate
- With 1 year of working experience preferred
- Proven sales or customer service experience; insurance experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in using social media and other digital platforms
- Has a stable internet connection and access to a tablet and/or laptop
- Willing to undergo training and obtain the necessary license
