On-Call Event Staff – Aristocrat Restaurant

Position: On-Call Event Staff

Client: Aristocrat Restaurant

Location: Roxas Blvd.

Event Date: September 13, 2026 (Sunday)

Call Time: 9:00 AM

Number of Staff Needed: 6

JOB SUMMARY

The On-Call Event Staff will provide professional and reliable service support during an in-house event at Aristocrat Restaurant. The staff will assist in ensuring smooth event operations and a positive guest experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with event setup and preparation as assigned.
• Welcome and assist guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Provide food and beverage service as instructed.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned area.
• Assist the restaurant/event team with operational requirements during the event.
• Follow instructions from the assigned supervisor or event coordinator.
• Maintain professional conduct and proper grooming throughout the event.
• Ensure timely and reliable attendance for the assigned schedule.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to the event as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, banquet, or event experience is an advantage.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and service-oriented.
• Must be well-groomed, presentable, and professional-looking.
• Able to work well with a team and follow instructions.
• Physically able to stand and move for extended periods.
• Must be available on September 13, 2026, Sunday, with a 9:00 AM call time.

REQUIRED UNIFORM

Staff must report in complete and proper uniform:

• Black Long Sleeve
• Black Slacks
• Black Full Socks
• Black Shoes
• Black Belt

IMPORTANT REMINDER

Only reliable and qualified on-call staff will be endorsed. Selected staff are expected to report on time, wear the complete required uniform, maintain professional grooming and appearance, and provide excellent service throughout the event.
