Role & Responsibilities 

We are looking for a B2B Sales Agent to help grow our professional cleaning service business in Metro Manila. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Find and approach potential business clients. 
• Introduce our cleaning services to companies and commercial establishments. 
• Generate new leads through calls, emails, online research, and direct visits. 
• Arrange meetings and site inspections with potential clients. 
• Follow up on quotations and proposals. 
• Maintain good relationships with new and existing clients. 

Qualifications 

• Experience in B2B sales or business development is preferred. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Comfortable with cold calling and approaching new clients. 
• Proactive, organized, and sales-driven. 
• Familiar with the Metro Manila business market. 
• Experience in cleaning, facility management, property management, or related services is an advantage. 

 ● Work setup: Flexible. There is no fixed work location. You can work remotely, meet clients directly, or work wherever is convenient. There is no requirement to report to the office regularly.

● Type of engagement: This is an independent Sales Agent role, not a full-time or part-time employee position.

● Compensation: The role is commission-based, so there is no fixed monthly salary. Commission will be provided based on successfully generated sales/business.
