Cashier

Position Overview

MADZ Trading is hiring an Accounting Clerk to assist with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and open to learning. Training will be provided on internal systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cashiering and prepare daily cash reports
• Record sales and expenses (manual and using Google Sheets)
• File receipts, invoices, and bills (physical and digital)
• Provide administrative support (e.g. printing, scheduling, assisting managers)
• Prepare basic payment summaries and assist in monthly reporting
• Take notes during meetings and follow up on assigned tasks
• Assist in preparing basic financial reports as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college undergraduate
• Graduate of Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is a plus
• Familiar with Google Sheets and other Google Workspace tools (Docs, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
• Organized, detail-oriented, and professional
• Willing to be trained and follow structured business processes
• Maintains confidentiality and respects workplace structure

Bonus: Experience in cashiering, bookkeeping, or administrative work
