Qualifications:
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in leading design firms or internationally recognized studios.
- Proven experience as an Interior Design Director, Design Director, Creative Director, Principal Designer, or Senior Interior Design Manager.
- Strong portfolio in luxury residential, hospitality, office, or commercial projects.
- Excellent leadership, client management, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a world-class design practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall design direction and quality control of luxury residential, hospitality, commercial, and workplace projects.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept design to construction and project completion.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing interior design team.
- Ensure technical excellence by coordinating with MEP, lighting, HVAC, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Develop innovative design concepts while maintaining high-quality project delivery.
- Adapt international design standards to the Philippine market.
