These establishments were designed to bring convenience and accessibility to customers. In 2011, AMRC Holdings Company, Inc. was established as a management company for all the community malls and in 2017 YULDALAY Holdings Corporation was established to be the parent company of the couple Alexander M. Cruz and Adelaida R. Cruz, who founded the company and has now become one of the leading community mall developers that provides jobs, business opportunities, progress and development in the countryside. These community malls which have been fully operational for the past twenty years are being occupied by retail industry giants such as SM Savemore , Robinsons Supermarket, Puregold, National Bookstore, Watsons, Mercury Drug, Jollibee, Chowking, Mang Inasal, Shakey's Pizza, Domino's Pizza, Goldilocks Bakeshop, Red Ribbon, LBC, Western Union, Pandayan Bookshop, McDonalds, Classic Savory, Starbucks, and others. Our mall's objective is to be a one-stop destination, where all you need is available in one roof.
