UNIVERSITY OF PERPETUAL HELP DALTA MEDICAL CENTERAfter three decades of pursuing only the highest standards of service in medicine and healthcare, the city if Las Piñas now boasts of having in its midst one of the best-equipped, 3rd level medical centers in the Philippines.The University of Perpetual Help DALTA Medical Center was first envisioned by its founders- Dr. Antonio Laperal Tamayo, his wife Dr. Daisy Moran-Tamayo, and their close friend and associate Ernesto Palanca Crisostomo- to be the realization of a longtime dream to pioneer quality healthcare in the once rustic areas of South Metro Manila.What they first built is a modest, 2-storey community hospital in 1975 (housing a mere 50 beds with a daily occupancy rate of 10 to 12 patients), today provides exemplary healthcare and medical service to a much larger community- the Filipino people. As a Level 3 teaching hospital and medical institution, UPHDMC is dedicated to the constant upgrading and education of not only its medical teams and staff, but of the community as well. Its present range of clinical specialties continues to grow and be even more comprehensive as the medical center itself.
