On June 2012, Raycon has been accredited as a Customer Service Plaza covering Rizal Province, Marikina City, Pasig City, Quezon City, and other areas of NCR, providing services for all Samsung products including but not limited to mobile phones, tablets, monitors, projectors, digital cameras, television, DVD players, air-conditioners, refrigerator, etc. On October 2013, Raycon expanded to include the province of Pampanga in its areas covered. Last March 2025, Raycon has been certified by Samsung as an authorized dealer of air-conditioner units.
