About Company
Our Brand In the early years of the 1940s, Mr. Yeung Jin Hei founded Honolulu Cafe in Hong Kong. He pioneered the brewing of the Cafe’s signature coffee using Hawaiian-style roast, and so he named it the “Honolulu Café”. The café, today, already branched out to many cities in Hong Kong and other countries. In the Philippines, it opened its first ever branch at SM Aura Premier in January 9, 2019. After almost 3 months, it opened its second branch at Robinsons Place Manila. East Meets West Delights Mr. Yeung was determined to create a comfortable, casual and clean ambiance for diners, with food and beverage priced at an attractive range. His restaurant would offer Western pastries and Chinese quick meals, and become a place where the best dining options from East and West came together. The Hong Kong “chá chaan teng”, or “tea restaurant”, was a unique dining concept where multi-faceted food and beverage offerings brought together diners from all walks of life. It is great value for money and its characteristics, drinks, snacks and dishes have become a part of everyday Hong Kong life. It bustles with diners in all seasons, and the service is always warm and welcoming. An 80-Year Old Heritage With a time-tested pedigree of more than 80 years, Honolulu Cafe has become an industry leader among Hong Kong’s burgeoning numbers of “chá chaan teng”. More than 100 million customers have enjoyed the restaurant with its five meals daily and a uniquely Hong Kong menu of affordable good eats.
