At Brotzeit Philippines, we take pride in bringing the true taste of Germany to Filipino diners. Since opening our doors, our goal has always been to deliver an authentic Bavarian experience — from hearty German comfort food to premium imported beers — all served in a warm and welcoming atmosphere that celebrates Gemütlichkeit (that unique German sense of coziness and good cheer).
As part of the Brotzeit international family, we’ve built our name on consistency, quality, and genuine hospitality. Every dish on our menu — from our signature Schweinshaxn (pork knuckle) and bratwurst platters to our freshly baked pretzels and schnitzels — is carefully prepared to honor traditional recipes and flavors. And of course, no visit is complete without a pint of authentic German beer, served the way it should be.
Today, Brotzeit Philippines proudly serves guests across our Metro Manila locations, including Bonifacio Global City, Alabang, and our newest branch at The Podium, Ortigas. Whether it’s a casual get-together, a business lunch, or a weekend celebration, we aim to create a space where good food, great beer, and genuine connections come together.
