The company specializes in providing ordering taking, marketing, social media management, and data analytics for the restaurant industry Our Story Business partners (and brothers) Steve Lin and Dennis Lin founded Wonders Corporation in 2012 out of their apartment in New York City. In pursuit of their childhood dream of starting a company together, Steve dropped out of Harvard College and Dennis left his career as a CPA. Based on the experience of running their family restaurant, they shared a mission to build a company that provides a virtuous ecosystem of technology tools and services for restaurant owners to help them be more successful. However, the start of their journey was a rough one. When their first engineering team failed to build the initial product and after being defrauded by the lead engineer, the two partners had to resort to eating ramen to conserve their depleting cash flow. Luckily, their second team of engineers was exactly the kind of talent they were looking for. With a real product in hand, it didn’t take long for word to spread and restaurant owners all over the United States began to knock on their door seeking their product and services. Fast forward from 2012, the company now has hundreds of employees and a growing suite of technology tools and services that help restaurants streamline their operations, cut costs, and increase revenue.
