Introduction
1. Represents the company in filing and submitting all necessary documents/requirements to secure and maintain various Licenses to Operate (LTO) with FDA, PDEA and DOH.
2. Represents the company during FDA’s/PDEA’s routine inspection in warehouse and in office; acts as Liaison Officer for FDA/PDEA/DOH.
3. Keeps track of any change (advisories or updates) in the regulatory requirement(s) by FDA/PDEA/DOH with regards to registrations and licenses. Coordinating the same with the management and/ or Principals.
4. Monitors and keeps the Distribution Record of the company; maintains and updates a systematic file of product registrations (CPRs), LTO, Supplier’s Contracts, Standard Operating Procedures, and monitors validity and renewal of records.
5. Conducts regular inspection at warehouse facility to ensure proper handling and storage of products; inspects arrival of any new product(s) at the warehouse, ensuring that they comply with FDA/PDEA/DOH requirements.
6. Attends seminars and trainings to further knowledge and keep the company abreast of new developments in the industry and for renewal of professional license for company representation.
