The Milestone started marketing petroleum products as a distributor of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation in 2001. The business was initially undertaken within Milestone Holdings Corporation (MHC), the parent company of MPMC. In 2002, MHC organized Milestone Petroleum Marketing Corp. (MPMC) as a wholly-owned subsidiary; and thereafter, the distribution of petroleum products was entirely conducted under MPMC.   At the end of 2020, after two decades in the business, MPMC enjoyed the trust and confidence of more than 70 loyal corporate customers who are very happy with the products and quality of service that the company provides.
