PROPERTYGURU PHILIPPINES PROPERTY AWARDS The fifth annual gala evening of the PropertyGuru Philippines Property Awards, presented by Kohler, was held on 4 May 2017 at the Fairmont Makati, attended by around 250 key industry figures and VVIPs in their tuxedos or traditional Filipiniana attire, such as guest of honour, Department of Tourism Secretary Wanda Corazon T. Teo, who encouraged developers to create sustainable projects in her keynote address.
