Emerging markets like the Philippines and other SEA countries with high population growth, sensitivity to food inflation, and a high proportion of food spending relative to income offer much potential for implementing Hard Discount Retail. An established format in places as diverse as Poland, Turkey, and Colombia.
We improve the daily lives of South-East Asian Families by providing good quality products at the lowest possible prices next door. Thereby, we help to contain food inflation. We create well-paid jobs for the community within DALI and through our local supplier. The successful implementation delivers a high return on invested capital for our investors.
The lowest sales prices for a given quality drive the DALI brand awareness – not fancy commercials. Culture, processes, and logistics follow a stringent “no-frills” approach and allow us to operate with the lowest possible costs.
