SOURCING OF APPLICANTS We use different recruitment strategies that includes advertising in different social media accounts, manpower search and other sources, referrals and internet marketing. B. SCREENING OF APPLICANTS • Validation of credentials (Confirm the credentials presented by the applicants) • Initial competency interview • Trade Testing • Preparation of candidate for interview with employer or its representative. C. FINAL SELECTION • Interview by the employer or its representative • Approval by the employer or its representative.
