The company was incorporated last March 1999, headed by Engr. Emifelia L. Salanguit, who has been in the design and management business for almost forty (40) years. She has with her a group of technical engineers, who has all the experiences in the field of structural, electrical, mechanical, fire protection, and sanitary engineering design.
