Customer Frontline Solutions, Inc. (formerly Outsourced Telleserve Corporation) started operations in January 2008 after Meralco decided to fully outsource its tellering function to Bayad Center in 2007, our parent company, then eventually created then Outsourced Telleserve Corporation as a separate company to focus on providing outsourced tellering services to both our parent companies, MERALCO and BAYAD CENTER.  CUSTOMER FRONTLINE SOLUTIONS, INC. is a 100% owned subsidiary of MERALCO and Bayad Center, and the pioneer in providing professional Tellering Service in the Philippines. We are a BPO company which provides Worry-Free Collections and Customer Solutions to different companies and institutions. The company has over 1,200 competent frontliners assigned to different collection sites nationwide. Customer Frontline Solutions (formerly Outsourced Telleserve Corporation-OTC) was created in January 2008 to provide Outsourced Tellering Services to its parent companies, MERALCO and BAYAD CENTER. CFS provides about 300 Tellers and Frontliners at all their seventy Business Offices. CFS provides competitive advantage for MERALCO and BAYAD CENTER as they enjoy high customer satisfaction ratings, increased operational efficiencies, savings and higher profits. With proven track record of providing “worry-free solutions” and now with the MVP Group of Companies supporting them, CFS is now moving from being a captive service provider to a commercial outsourcer focusing on providing FRONTLINE CUSTOMER SERVICES. CFS aims to be the FACE to Clients’ CUSTOMERS in all CUSTOMER TOUCHPOINTS so their clients can focus on their core functions. Additional new clients now include Cardinal Santos Medical Center, L-Time Studio, and Bayad Center Franchisees. CFS is led by its President, Mr. Manuel L. Tuason, also Bayad Center President and Board of Directors Chairman, Mr. Ramon B. Segismundo, also Meralcos HR Head.
