About Company
The Cases Chun & Associates Law Offices established in 2014, is the former Cases Corpus & Associates Law Offices organized in 2003. Atty. Perfecto S. Corpus retired from the firm in August 2014. The firm specializes in litigation, Civil, Criminal, Special & Administrative Cases, more particularly, Collection Cases; Replevin; Foreclosures; Corporation Law; Patents, Trademarks and Copyright Prosecution; Infringement and Unfair Competition; Trials and Appeals. To cater to the growing needs of its corporate clients engaged in the banking and financing industry, the law firm is complemented by a sister company, Cases Collection Management, Inc. (CCMI) which was established in the year 2001, to specifically handle the extrajudicial processes in collections and recovery. With the law firm and collection agency handling the judicial and extrajudicial processes, respectively, both firms, working in tandem, eventually evolved and expanded its sphere of expertise to its present state providing collections and recovery services to a number of commercial banks and financial institutions. We would like to believe that the Cases Chun & Associates Law Offices, with the complimenting support of its sister company, CCMI, has cultivated and earned goodwill amongst its clients. And, in future challenges, Cases Chun & Associates Law Offices has committed itself to continue to develop and hone its operations in providing more efficient and effective delivery of legal services.
